EASY RECIPES: Chimichurri , babe!!!

I'm so excited to introduce my wonderful sister-in-law Tracey to y'all.
She's an amazing sister, friend, wife, mom of 3, musician and one of the most hilarious people I know! =D

So, back to the chimichurri recipe... hmmmm... it tasted and smelled just SO GOOD! I can't wait to marinate some meat with it and grill out some yummy steaks! (I'm an argentine, I can't help but eat great amounts of meat =D)

Here's the recipe to an amazing CHIMICHURRI! thanks Tray Tray! =)


  • One bunch of fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (or more if it's too chunky)
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar(or more to taste)
  • One bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 5-6 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Blend in a food processor and season to taste:))
